The Story

Located in the prime location between the Parkdale park and Wellington West in Ottawa, the story began (again). Adrian was looking to refresh the existing space without breaking the bank and wanted it to feel crisp and clean. The steady growing company was in need of a renovation that reflected their core values and culture.

The location has ample natural light in the space and the notion that you "build your own canvas" is what Canvas Pop is all about. The high ceilings paired with the warmth of the planters, plants and old Montreal style brick, really create a welcoming airy open office environment. The "moss" detailing is noticable as you walk in and was installed by the man himself, Adrian Salamunovic.

When you first enter the space takes your eyes through it. To the left, is a casual space for conversations and the kitchen. The kitchen is loaded with tons of snacks that disappear throughout the week and a beer tap. As you walk through to the back, the lab is located for processing. The office is open but accommodates staff of all kinds. You will find people walking about having open collaboration. The pallet style custom planters were custom designed by Linebox and built by Ottawa City Woodshop. The planter is created of solid white oak that doubles as storage.

The staircase leads you upstairs to where they like to have yoga on occasion and a DJ booth for when the office becomes a party. It's all about versatility, right?
