The Story
The client wanted to add a garage, outdoor play area, eating pavilion and water landscape element to their existing home. The home was orginally designed by LineBox Studio five years prior to this project. The client wanted to create several spaces for different seasons and weather conditions.
In response to the client’s wishes, the design included:
- Screened-in three seasons area for eating
- Partially shaded area to relax and read
- Fully shaded area adjacent to the play area so that they could sit and watch their kids play
- Sun area next to a water element
