The Story
Located in bustling neighbourhood of Hintonburg, Parkview is the urban infill project that all infill projects will soon be measured by. Hintonburg is quickly becoming the ‘modern neighbourhood’ of Ottawa with numerous existing modern homes. There is no defined fabric of the neighbourhood with a majority of the homes being vinyl or aluminum clad homes with a spattering of old red brick homes (mostly located on Armstrong St.). In fact the fabric of the neighbourhood is being defined as a modernist enclave as shown by the current and upcoming projects.
